Quick answer

Pipedrive pricing runs from $14 to $79 per seat per month on annual billing across four plans (Lite, Growth, Premium, Ultimate), according to Pipedrive's pricing page on October 6, 2026. Most small sales teams should start on Growth at $39/seat/mo, the cheapest tier with email sync, automations and forecasting. If you only need basic deal tracking, HubSpot's free CRM ($0 for up to 2 users) or HubSpot Sales Hub Starter (from $7/seat/mo on annual billing) costs less.

  • Pipedrive's pricing page (shown in US$) lists four plans on annual billing as of October 6, 2026: Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 per seat per month.
  • The Pipedrive pricing page we loaded showed only annual prices. EmailToolTester reports month-to-month prices of $24, $49, $79 and $99 per seat, but we could not verify these, so confirm them with the billing toggle and at checkout.
  • Pipedrive has no free plan. It offers a 14-day free trial with full access and no credit card required.
  • A 5-user team pays $2,340 a year on Pipedrive Growth or $3,540 a year on Premium (annual billing), before add-ons and tax.
  • Pipedrive's pricing page lists LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, Web Visitors and Smart Docs as add-ons 'starting from' $13.33 to $41. Check in your account which ones your plan includes and how they're billed.
  • Phone support starts on Premium (for users with account-settings access, per Pipedrive's contact page), and Ultimate is advertised with longer phone support. All users get 24/7 live chat.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront. Check Pipedrive's billing help article for refund and cancellation terms before committing (checked October 2026).
  • HubSpot Sales Hub Starter costs from $7/seat/mo on annual billing and $20/seat/mo month-to-month, per HubSpot's official pricing page (October 2026). Five users pay about $420 a year, half the cost of Pipedrive Lite.
  • monday CRM Basic costs $12/seat/mo on annual billing, but monday's official FAQ says plans start from 3 users, so a solo seller pays at least $432 a year versus $168 per seat per year for Pipedrive Lite (whether a single Lite seat can be bought is not confirmed).

Our picks

1

Best value for automation-focused sales teams

Pipedrive (Growth plan)

Best for: Teams of 2 to 25 sellers who work a visual deal pipeline and need email sync, automations and forecasting without enterprise pricing

Pipedrive's Growth plan costs $39/seat/mo on annual billing, per Pipedrive's pricing page (October 2026). It is the lowest tier that lists full email sync with tracking, automations, email sequences and forecast reports, which makes it the practical starting point for most small teams. Lite at $14 is cheaper, but its feature list leaves out email sync and automations. Not for you if you only need basic contact and deal tracking: HubSpot's free CRM or Sales Hub Starter (from $7/seat/mo annual) costs less.

Pros

  • Clear per-seat pricing listed for all four plans
  • Growth includes email sync, automations, sequences and forecasting at $39/seat/mo (annual)
  • 14-day full-access trial with no credit card required
  • Free implementation on plans over $400/year, per Pipedrive's pricing FAQ

Cons

  • No free plan
  • Annual plans are billed upfront; review Pipedrive's Terms of Service for refund and downgrade terms before buying an annual plan
  • Add-ons (LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, Web Visitors, Smart Docs) are listed 'starting from' $13.33 to $41; check in your account which ones your plan includes and how they're billed
  • Phone support starts on Premium (admins only); Ultimate's longer phone hours are listed as Mon–Fri 7:00–23:00 CET/CEST and no Premium hours are published. Lite and Growth users rely on 24/7 live chat
  • The pricing page is silent on any seat minimum; confirm at checkout before buying a single seat
  • More expensive than HubSpot Sales Hub Starter ($7 vs $14 per seat on annual billing) for basic deal tracking
  • Monthly prices weren't shown on the official page we loaded; EmailToolTester reports $24–$99 per seat

Price: From $14/seat/mo (Lite, annual billing). Growth $39, Premium $59, Ultimate $79, per pipedrive.com, checked October 6, 2026. Month-to-month prices are unverified (EmailToolTester reports $24–$99). Excludes tax; confirm at checkout.

Cheapest option for basic deal tracking

HubSpot Smart CRM (free) and Sales Hub Starter

Best for: Solo founders and small teams that need contact and deal tracking at the lowest cost, and companies already using HubSpot for marketing

HubSpot's free CRM has no expiration date and covers up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, according to hubspot.com. For more users, Sales Hub Starter costs from $7/seat/mo on annual billing ($20 month-to-month), per HubSpot's official pricing page in October 2026. That is half the price of Pipedrive Lite. However, sequences and forecasting appear from Sales Hub Professional, at $90/seat/mo paid annually plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee, per the same page; we did not check where custom reports start. Not for you if you need automation and forecasting on a tight budget for 3+ sellers.

Pros

  • Free CRM for up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, with no time limit
  • Sales Hub Starter from $7/seat/mo on annual billing, per HubSpot's official pricing page (October 2026)
  • 5 Starter users cost about $420/year on annual billing, versus $840 on Pipedrive Lite
  • Natural fit if you already use HubSpot for marketing or service

Cons

  • Free CRM is capped at 2 users and 1,000 contacts
  • The low Starter price needs an annual commitment; true month-to-month billing is $20/seat
  • Sequences and forecasting appear from Professional ($90/seat/mo paid annually, per hubspot.com/pricing/sales)
  • Professional requires a $1,500 onboarding fee

Price: Free CRM: $0 (up to 2 users, 1,000 contacts). Sales Hub Starter from $7/seat/mo on annual billing or $20/seat/mo month-to-month; Professional $90/seat/mo paid annually ($100/seat/mo pay-monthly on an annual commitment) plus $1,500 required onboarding, per hubspot.com/pricing/sales, checked October 6, 2026. Confirm at checkout.

Low per-seat price for teams of 3 or more

monday CRM

Best for: Teams of at least 3 that want a low per-seat price and a flexible workspace-style CRM

monday CRM Basic costs $12/seat/mo on annual billing, according to monday's official CRM pricing page (October 2026), with Standard at $17 and Pro at $28 per seat on annual billing. Those are below Pipedrive's matching tiers. There is no free CRM plan, only a 14-day trial. monday's official FAQ says plans start from 3 users, so a solo seller pays at least 3 Γ— $12 Γ— 12 = $432 a year on Basic, compared with $168 per seat per year for Pipedrive Lite (whether a single Lite seat can be bought is not confirmed). Not for you if you are a solo seller or a two-person team, or if you want Pipedrive's pipeline-centric sales workflow.

Pros

  • Basic from $12/seat/mo on annual billing, per monday's official pricing page
  • 5 users on Basic come to about $720/year (calculated)

  • monday's pricing information mentions a 30-day prorated refund on yearly plans; confirm the terms on monday.com

Cons

  • No free CRM plan; the only free option is a 14-day trial
  • Minimum of 3 users: a solo seller pays at least $432/year on Basic
  • Whether exactly 5 seats can be bought is unverified, since the page uses a 'Choose team size' picker; teams over 40 users are by quote
  • More expensive than HubSpot Sales Hub Starter for 5 users ($720 vs $420 a year on annual billing)

Price: From $12/seat/mo (Basic, annual billing), 3-user minimum, per monday.com/crm/pricing, checked October 6, 2026. Standard $17 and Pro $28 per seat on annual billing; Ultimate by quote. Confirm seat packaging and the total at checkout.

How much does Pipedrive cost in 2026? Pipedrive pricing by plan

Disclosure: LifePlusTech may earn a commission if you sign up through some links on this page. This doesn't affect our rankings, and we name cheaper competitors where they exist.

Pipedrive pricing is per seat: each user you add pays the plan rate. On October 6, 2026, the official Pipedrive pricing page, shown in US$, listed four plans on annual billing:

  • Lite: $14/seat/mo ($168 per seat per year)
  • Growth: $39/seat/mo ($468 per seat per year)
  • Premium: $59/seat/mo ($708 per seat per year), labelled 'Most popular'
  • Ultimate: $79/seat/mo ($948 per seat per year)

The version of the page we loaded showed only annual rates. EmailToolTester reports month-to-month prices of $24, $49, $79 and $99. We could not verify these on Pipedrive's site. Switch the billing toggle on the pricing page and confirm at checkout before you budget.

What happened to Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise?

Those older plan names no longer appear on Pipedrive's pricing page. The current lineup is Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. We found no official note mapping the old plans to the new ones, so compare features, not names. Existing customers on a legacy plan should check their billing settings before changing anything.

Is there a seat minimum?

The pricing page says nothing about a seat minimum either way. Pipedrive's help article only says you are charged per seat, whether it's assigned to a user or not. If a single-seat plan matters to you, confirm at checkout.

What do you get on each Pipedrive plan?

Each tier adds features on top of the one below it. This is based on Pipedrive's public pricing page and help center as of October 2026.

Lite ($14/seat/mo annual)

  • Lead, deal and pipeline management
  • AI-assisted report creation
  • 500+ integrations
  • Nova meeting intelligence (marked 'New')

Lite does not list email sync or automations.

Growth ($39/seat/mo annual)

  • Full email sync with tracking
  • Automations and email sequences
  • Subscriptions and forecast reports
  • Meeting scheduler

Premium ($59/seat/mo annual)

  • Custom lead scoring and company data enrichment
  • AI multi-email tools and shared inboxes
  • Contracts and e-signatures
  • Required and formula fields
  • Permissions at group and individual level
  • Phone support (for users with account-settings access)

Ultimate ($79/seat/mo annual)

  • Security rules and alerts, including IP- and time-based access
  • Phone and email data enrichment
  • A sandbox account for testing
  • Phone support, advertised on the pricing page as 'longer' than on lower plans
  • Partner discounts: 20% off PandaDoc and CloudTalk, 15% off Surfe

Plan limits

Each plan has usage limits (for example on leads, deals, automations and custom fields). Pipedrive publishes them in its usage limits help article; check your plan there, because we haven't verified the exact numbers.

Where key features sit

  • Automations and email sync: from Growth
  • Sales forecasting: from Growth (forecast reports)
  • Permissions: from Premium
  • Phone support: from Premium (admins only); Ultimate is advertised with longer hours
  • Live chat: 24/7 for all users, per Pipedrive's contact page

The pricing page gives Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 23:00 CET/CEST as Ultimate's longer phone support hours. No Premium phone hours are published, so check them before you rely on phone support on that plan.

Which Pipedrive plan should you choose? Lite vs Growth, Premium vs Ultimate

Match the plan to how your team sells, not to the lowest sticker price.

Solo seller or freelancer: Lite, or a cheaper HubSpot option

Lite at $14/seat/mo works if you only need a visual pipeline and log email manually. If you need email sync, you'll end up on Growth anyway. For one or two people with under 1,000 contacts, HubSpot's free CRM costs $0. HubSpot Sales Hub Starter, from $7/seat/mo on annual billing, is also half the price of Lite. Try both before paying.

Small inside-sales team (2–10 sellers): Growth

This is the Lite vs Growth decision most teams face. Growth costs $25 more per seat per month. In return it adds email sync, automations, sequences and forecasting, which is what lets a manager run a team rather than just track deals. For most small teams that sell by email and phone, Growth is the default pick. Note that phone support is not part of Growth; it starts on Premium.

Scaling team that needs more control: Premium

Premium adds lead scoring, shared inboxes, e-signatures, role-based permissions and phone support. Pipedrive's pricing page lists LeadBooster, Projects and Smart Docs as add-ons; check in your account which ones your plan includes and how they're billed before deciding between Growth plus an add-on and Premium.

Sales org with security or compliance needs: Ultimate

The Premium vs Ultimate question comes down to security and support. Ultimate adds IP- and time-based access rules, a sandbox, extra enrichment and longer phone support for $20 more per seat per month. If no one on your team needs login restrictions or a test environment, Premium is usually enough.

What about add-ons?

Pipedrive's pricing page lists these as add-ons 'starting from' the prices in the next section. Check in your account which ones your plan includes and how they're billed. We can't give add-on-inclusive totals until you confirm that.

Free implementation threshold

Pipedrive's pricing FAQ says implementation is free on plans over $400 a year.

  • A single Growth seat ($468/year) qualifies.
  • Lite needs at least 3 seats ($504/year) to qualify.

Pipedrive doesn't define what 'implementation' includes. Ask before you rely on it for data migration.

How much do Pipedrive add-ons cost?

Pipedrive's pricing page lists these add-ons with 'starting from' prices:

  • LeadBooster: from $32.50
  • Projects: from $16
  • Campaigns (email marketing): from $13.33
  • Web Visitors: from $41
  • Smart Docs: from $32.50

Pipedrive's pricing page lists these as add-ons 'starting from' the prices above. Check in your account which ones your plan includes and how they're billed.

Because the page doesn't give the billing basis in the list, we haven't built add-on-inclusive team totals. Ask Pipedrive or check your account before you budget for any add-on.

Is Pipedrive cheaper billed annually or monthly?

Annual billing is cheaper on every plan, and Pipedrive's page advertises 'save up to 42%'. Comparing the official annual prices with the unverified third-party monthly prices (all figures below are estimates):

  • Lite: save $120 per seat per year (41.7% off monthly)
  • Growth: save $120 per seat per year (20.4%)
  • Premium: save $240 per seat per year (25.3%)
  • Ultimate: save $240 per seat per year (20.2%)

The 'up to 42%' figure matches Lite. On Growth, Premium and Ultimate, expect about 20–25% if the third-party monthly prices are correct. Put the other way round, monthly billing would cost about 71% more per seat on Lite and 25–34% more on the other plans. For a 10-seat Growth team, that would be about $1,200 a year. Check the monthly toggle before relying on these figures.

The trade-off: commitment

Annual plans are billed upfront. Check Pipedrive's billing help article for refund and cancellation terms before committing (checked October 2026).

Review Pipedrive's Terms of Service for refund and downgrade terms before buying an annual plan.

A practical approach: use the 14-day trial to confirm your seat count and plan before you commit to an annual term.

Are there hidden costs in Pipedrive pricing?

The per-seat price is clear, but these items can push the real bill higher:

  1. Add-ons. Pipedrive's pricing page lists LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, Web Visitors and Smart Docs as add-ons 'starting from' the prices above. Check in your account which ones your plan includes and how they're billed.
  2. Usage limits. Each plan has limits, published in Pipedrive's usage limits help article. Check them against your data before you choose a plan.
  3. Tier-gated features. Email sync and automations start on Growth, permissions and phone support on Premium and security rules on Ultimate. Needing one feature can move every seat up a tier. On 10 users, going from Growth to Premium adds $2,400 a year.
  4. US sales tax. The pricing page says prices exclude VAT and only mentions EU VAT. It says nothing about US sales tax. Check the final total at checkout and on your first invoice, as tax may apply depending on your state.
  5. Marketplace apps. Pipedrive advertises 500+ integrations. Third-party apps may carry their own subscriptions.
  6. Implementation and migration. Free implementation applies only above $400/year, and its scope isn't defined. Consultants are a separate cost.
  7. Annual commitment. Annual plans are billed upfront, so review the refund and downgrade terms before buying a wrongly sized plan.

Does Pipedrive have a free plan or free trial?

Pipedrive has no free plan. Its pricing page lists only the four paid tiers.

It does offer a 14-day free trial with 'Full access. No credit card required,' and you can invite co-workers to the trial. We didn't find documentation of what happens when the trial ends. Check whether your data is kept, and for how long, before you let a trial lapse.

If you need a CRM that stays free, HubSpot's free CRM has no expiration date and covers up to 2 users and 1,000 contacts, according to HubSpot. monday CRM has no free plan either; it offers a 14-day trial, per monday's pricing page.

Try HubSpot's free CRM β†’

Can you get a Pipedrive discount?

Based on public information as of October 2026:

  • Annual billing is the main published discount. Pipedrive advertises savings of up to 42% versus monthly.
  • Startup or nonprofit programs: we found no published Pipedrive startup or nonprofit discount.
  • Ultimate partner perks: 20% off PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% off Surfe. These are discounts on other tools, not on Pipedrive itself.
  • Partner and referral programs: Pipedrive runs a partner program and a referral scheme. We haven't reviewed their terms, so we can't say what, if anything, a new customer saves.
  • Volume pricing: we found no published volume tiers. At 25+ seats it's reasonable to ask sales, but don't assume a discount.

We don't list discount codes. Check any 'Pipedrive coupon' you see against the price shown at checkout.

Pipedrive vs HubSpot pricing and monday CRM: which is cheaper for a small team?

The comparison table above shows per-seat prices, 5-user annual totals and free-plan status. All figures come from the vendors' official pages, checked October 6, 2026, except Pipedrive's monthly prices, which are third-party and unverified.

For 5 users on annual billing

  • HubSpot Sales Hub Starter: about $420/year (from $7/seat, per HubSpot's pricing page)
  • monday CRM Basic: about $720/year ($12/seat, per monday.com); confirm that a 5-seat package is offered
  • Pipedrive Lite: $840/year
  • monday CRM Standard: about $1,020/year ($17/seat)
  • monday CRM Pro: about $1,680/year ($28/seat)
  • Pipedrive Growth: $2,340/year
  • HubSpot Sales Hub Professional: about $6,900 in year one ($90/seat/mo paid annually plus the required $1,500 onboarding fee, per HubSpot's pricing page; our calculation)

What the numbers mean

  • Basic deal tracking: HubSpot Sales Hub Starter is the cheapest paid option here, at half the price of Pipedrive Lite on annual billing. On month-to-month billing the gap narrows: Starter is $20/seat versus a third-party-reported $24 for Lite.
  • Automation and forecasting: Pipedrive Growth costs much less than HubSpot Professional for 5 users who want sequences and forecasting ($2,340 vs about $6,900 in year one). We didn't compare monday CRM's automation features by tier.
  • Pipedrive vs monday CRM: monday Basic is cheaper per seat than Pipedrive Lite ($12 vs $14), but monday's official FAQ says plans start from 3 users. A solo seller therefore pays at least 3 Γ— $12 Γ— 12 = $432/year on monday Basic, versus $168 per seat per year for Pipedrive Lite (whether a single Lite seat can be bought is not confirmed). Teams over 40 users on monday are by quote.

Verdict

Pick HubSpot (free CRM or Sales Hub Starter) if you need low-cost contact and deal tracking. Pick Pipedrive Growth if you need email sync, automations and forecasting for 2–25 sellers. Pick monday CRM if you have at least 3 sellers, want a low seat price and like monday's workspace style. If you are a solo seller or a pair, monday's 3-user minimum makes it a poor fit.

When is Pipedrive not the cheapest choice?

Pipedrive is good value for its core use case, but it isn't always cheapest:

  • 1–2 users with basic needs: HubSpot's free CRM costs $0, within its 1,000-contact cap.
  • Any team size with basic deal tracking needs: HubSpot Sales Hub Starter costs from $7/seat/mo on annual billing, per HubSpot's official page. That's about $420/year for 5 users, versus $840 on Pipedrive Lite and $2,340 on Growth.
  • Teams of 3 or more wanting a low per-seat price: monday CRM Basic is $12/seat on annual billing, with a 3-user minimum.
  • Teams on HubSpot Marketing Hub: keeping sales in HubSpot can avoid integration work.

Pipedrive is usually the better value when you have 2–25 sellers, a pipeline-driven process, and need email sync, automations and forecasting. Growth delivers those at $39/seat/mo (annual), while HubSpot puts sequences and forecasting at Professional, at $90/seat/mo paid annually plus a $1,500 required onboarding fee.

Is Pipedrive worth the price?

For most small B2B sales teams that need automation, yes, on the Growth plan. At $39/seat/mo on annual billing, you get synced email, automations, sequences and forecasting, plus a 14-day trial to test it with your real pipeline.

You'll get strong value if:

  • Your team has 2–25 sellers working deals through clear stages
  • You want automation without HubSpot Professional's price and onboarding fee
  • You can commit to annual billing after the trial

You'll likely do better elsewhere if:

  • You're one or two people and HubSpot's free CRM covers your contacts
  • You only need basic deal tracking: HubSpot Sales Hub Starter (from $7/seat/mo annual) costs half as much as Pipedrive Lite
  • You need flexible terms and are unsure of team size: Pipedrive annual plans are billed upfront, and monthly billing may cost an estimated 25–71% more if the third-party monthly prices are right. monday's pricing information mentions a 30-day prorated refund on yearly plans, so confirm monday's terms if flexibility matters to you

On annual billing, 5 users cost $840 (Lite), $2,340 (Growth), $3,540 (Premium) or $4,740 (Ultimate) per year. For 10 users, double those figures: $1,680, $4,680, $7,080 or $9,480. Pipedrive advertises savings of up to 42% on annual billing. Is Pipedrive cheaper than HubSpot Sales Hub or monday CRM?

For 5 users wanting forecasting and sequences, Pipedrive Growth costs $2,340 a year versus about $6,900 for HubSpot Professional including onboarding.

Does Pipedrive charge US sales tax?

Pipedrive's pricing page says prices exclude VAT and only mentions EU VAT. It doesn't say how US sales tax is handled. Depending on your state, tax may be added, so check the final total at checkout and on your first invoice before setting a budget. Ask Pipedrive's billing team if you need a firm figure for procurement.
